Senior Manager - Product Audit (13-17 yrs)
- Monitor direct pass and defect rate.
- Analysis of defect occurred at Vehicle Inspection by analyzing process issue.
- Co-ordination with other shop for defect resolution.
- New model co-ordination and raise quality improvement point and closure.
- Making standards for inspection activities.
- Revisit the inspection standards based on issues internally and from field
- Field complaint defect analysis and countermeasure submission.
- Timely resolution of issues by systematic problem-solving approach.
- Ensure adherence to the process standards across all the shops.
- No repeat occurrences of the issues.
- Training on process standards to members within the team on a defined frequency.
- Meetings with CFT at defined frequency to highlight the issues and closure of issues.
- Stoppage of shipment and seeking management support in cases of A related concerns.
