Senior Manager - Product Design - Tyres (10-15 yrs)
Objective of the position :
This position will be responsible for entire product life cycle management of Radial OTR division. To lead the development activities for R-OTR design, which include segments like Mining, Transport, Port and Industrial etc. Working closely with Product Managers, Product Industrialization teams, plant technical team, Costing and budgeting departments & internal Sales teams. This position will have close working relationship with YRC, Japan.
Key responsibilities & skills :
1. Responsible for end to end product design and performance
2. Review of Cavity. Layouts, Pattern and designs philosophy
3. Proficiency in CAD
4. Introduce new product design
5. Managing ROTR design team
Educational qualification & Experience :
1. Engineering graduate in Mechanical / Design
2. 10-15 years of experience all steel tire design.(ROTR/TBR)
3. Design experience in ROTR products will be added advantage
4. ROTR /TBR process technology experience will be added advantage
5. Familiar with Various tire design standards and regulatory requirements.
