- To take overall responsibility of production functions of plate making area for manufacturing of plates and on time, good quality at targeted cost.
- Daily monitoring of schedule vs. actual production and fill the gaps by producing as per daily rolling plan.
- Optimize and monitor utilization of allocated resources for performing production activities.
- Initiate resource needs and ensure availability of resources on time required to meet the monthly budget.
- Minimization of all core loss associated with productivity
