Job Description :

- Preparing the store designs in coordination with the design team.

- Coordination with procurement team for timely award of works to various vendor agencies.

- Managing the fit out execution(civil, MEP & allied works) of the store as per approved quality standards.

- Preparing technical specifications scope, Estimates, targeted billing schedules.

- Implement maintenance policies in order to maintain efficiency and reduce costs.

Salary:INR 19,00,000 - 20,00,000 P.A. As per industry norms
