Senior Manager - Purchase (7-10 yrs)

Job Description :


- To be responsible for sourcing Equipments, goods (perishable and nonperishable) and services and managing vendors related to F&B (Bread and Bakery) Industry. 


- To perform procurement and delivery activities across multiple categories of spends, search for better deals and find more profitable suppliers across various locations.

- Develop, lead and execute purchasing plans for all categories of requirements related to range of products in B&B Industry

- Prepare SOPs, Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness thru SCM software.

- Prepare negotiation strategies/plans and close deals with mutually benefitting T&Cs ( Contracts and agreements )

- Partner with stakeholders like Production to ensure clear requirements (Demand forecasting) with documentation.

- Ensure Market intelligence and market trends to forecast price, do benchmarking to mitigate the impact of price variation and mitigate risk of supplies.

- Build a sustainable and trustworthy network of reliable vendors and suppliers

- Determine quantity and timing of procurement and deliveries

- Supervise the Purchase teams across locations

- Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management

- Good understanding of F&B business

- Negotiations and networking/IP skills

- Working experience of vendor management software

- Ability to gather and analysis data and to work with figures

- Decision making skills

- Strong leadership capabilities ( Communication Skills, managing team)

- Degree in Supply chain management, logistics, preferably MBA

- 7-10 yrs in F&B industry

- Willingness to relocate and contribute towards multifold business growth
