Job Description:-

1 Work closely with Project team to understand manufacturing/business requirement as well as planning to ensure source of materials.

2 Ensures engineering builds are properly scheduled and completed in a timely manner

3 Major Techno Commercial Negotiation for the Project & revenue

4 Handling of all Services related to process industries - Software- s,AMC & ARC etc.

5 Awareness of Quality system, Safety & GMP etc.

6 Knowledge of industrial sourcing and e-auctions etc

7 Strong Supplier Negotiation skills with demonstrated track record of driving continued supplier cost Savings and quality improvements.

8 To manage procurement Team, Internal Customers in a coherent and effective manner.

9 Experience in handling strategic Purchases

10 New development of Suppliers, Item development at Plant level

11 Awareness of Buying of CAPEX/BO/AMC - Major in Utilities, Refrigeration Plant including rotary & static equipment's and, ETP, STP, RO & Boiler (Electrical, Mechanical,, Instrumentations & Civil)

12 Project Planning, Green field, Expansion of existing Plants,

13- Awareness of Inventory Management

14 Global sourcing awareness (Domestic & Overseas)

15 MIS Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly /Yearly

Knowledge / Skills:

1- Should have sound techno-commercial knowledge on MRO spares (Mechanical, Utility & Electrical), operation consumables & hygiene items.

2- Ariba RFQ, Contract management & SLPM

3- Proficient in MS Excel & PPT.

4 Team playing capabilities--MUST

5- Reporting and coordinating

6-- ERP Exposure - MUST (Oracle ERP Desirable)

7- MS Office, Good Communication Skills
