Senior Manager - R&D - Food Technologist/FMCG (6-11 yrs)
About the Client :
- They are diversified conglomerate with interests across Energy (Power, Renewables, Chemicals), Consumer (retail, food services), Entertainment (media, music, sports) and technology businesses.
- The Group is looking to build a strong position in the consumer space. As a group,primarily into the consumer and technology businesses. The new business would aim to build a portfolio of new brands in the foods category (before expansion into other categories such as personal care and home care).
Job Description :
Job Location : KOLKATA
Preferred Industry : FMCG background only
Experience : 6-11 yrs
Education: Must be passed out from top Tier 1 college/university/ institute in food technology ( FTRI, UDCT Mumbai, JADAVPUR University KOLKATA, HBTU KANPUR, MIT, MAU Parbhani, LIT nagpur, NIFTEM etc)
Requirements (Functional) :
- Should have an experience in R & D of baked/fried snacks.
- Should have handled extrusion in baked/fried snacks.
- Should have the strong knowledge of seasoning.
- Must be form R & D background.
- Must have done scale ups of NPDS products
-Must be conversant with savoury snacks manufacturing
