Senior Manager - Secondary Transport - Logistics (10-15 yrs)
P&L Report analysis and ensure profitability through market vehicles.
- Warehouse Operation (Inward, Outward & Dispatch).
- Store Operation. ( Distribution, Picking, Packing & Checking)
- Inventory management (Stock audit, FIFO, LIFO, Stock location transfer).
- Team management (Vendor Development Executive & Managers at Branch).
- Placement & Deployment of Vehicles & Drivers.
- Route & Load plan, Freight analysis.
- Vehicle tracking through GPS and Ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Processing of Vendor agreement and bill for Transport division.
- Co ordinate with client regarding stock availability and order processing.
- Ensure timely availability of vehicle, loading and delivery.
- Maintain SKU fill rate, Resolve issue with Transporters, Customers and Client.
- Freight & Weight analysis for received order.
- Analysis of Profit & Loss Report and CAP Report analysis & Planning for the month.
- Take required approvals from client for extra freight /load & resolution of raised claim.
- Prepare Monthly MIS of Profit & Loss Report and CAP Report analysis & Planning for the month.
- Prepare daily MIS of fill rate (Order received vs Stock out).
- POD collection & Updation, Cash & Secondary Freight analysis
