Senior Manager - Security & Admin (15-20 yrs)

Experience - 15 to 20 years
Location - Kharagpur (WFO)
Must have - Security, Industrial security, Administration
a) Ensure operational continuity by providing round the clock security management of plant & allied facilities of co.
b) Develop & maintain cordial relationship with key stake holders including Govt officials, key opinion makers of surrounding community etc.
c) Develop & maintain seamless intelligence & vigilance setwork to continuously scan the internal & external
and obtain actionable inputs to ensure peaceful continuity to plant operations.
d) Daily management of transport services including pool employee buses, pool cars, hired cars including maintenance of daily & monthly MIS relating to operations of pool cars, hired cars & employee buses etc.
e) Facilitate in planning & conduct various functions / events being organized by co.
f) Any other Admin related responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
Candidates with prior commissioned service in Defense / Para Military Forces with an overall work experience of around 15 years would be preferred.
- The candidate should be willing to relocate to & stay in Kharagpur and operate in a cross - functional multi - tasking role.
- He should be a highly process-oriented team member willing to operate in a manufacturing environment and be capable of ensuring peaceful continuity of plant operations through functional experiences as under :
a) Capable in ensuring round the clock security management of plant & allied facilities with a flair of using digital technology including surveillance through CCTV network, use of sensors etc.
b) Should be adept in building & sustaining cordial rapport & relationship with key Govt stakeholders particularly with local law enforcing & administrative govt. officials to ensure timely & optimum support from them as per co's requirements.
c) Develop & maintain cordial relationship with key internal & external opinion makers to ensure peaceful working environment in & around the plant.
d) Should be capable of keeping tab on pulse of the internal &; surrounding environment & gather actional intelligence & vigilance inputs.
e) Should be capable of handling emergency / industrial accidents / work unrest situations etc.
f) Capable to handle round the clock operations of multiple light motor vehicles both for local as well as outstation travels. In addition to management of light motor vehicles, the said position shall also be responsible for ensuring timely & safe operations of fleet of employee buses.
g) Should have a flair in planning & organizing/conducting various employee engagement activities / events and work in a multi - tasking role
