Senior Manager - Solar Energy (5-6 yrs)

- As a Sr Manager - Solar Energy, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of our solar projects.
What you will do :
- Leading the development of solar energy projects from inception to completion, including site selection, feasibility studies, design, permitting, and construction
- Managing project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
- Coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and environmental standards
- Conducting regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise
- Providing technical expertise and support to other team members as needed
What you need to have :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the solar energy industry, with a proven track record of successfully developing and managing solar projects
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of solar energy technologies, systems, and best practices
- Experience with project development, permitting, and regulatory compliance
