Senior Manager - Supply Chain - Equipment (10-20 yrs)
Overall responsibility for all operational, capital procurement (medical, civil, mechanical, electrical instrumentation, equipment spares, housekeeping items, stationery, printing etc) and AMC for various equipments.
Job Requirement
- To demonstrate high bargaining skills & to effectively apply technical & professional knowledge.
Process Orientation/Documentation
- To receive and distribute indents without any error & effectively coordinate with the user departments.
- To order placement/release as per Authority Matrix & ensure correct vendor selection.
- To follow-up for deliveries and maintain vendor master data.
- To review & update Indent/PO status & prepare technical/cost comparative statements.
- To process bills for payment without any error.
People Orientation
- To provide technical guidance, assistance and instruction to employees; train new personnel.
