Senior Manager - Vendor Development - Sheet Metal Automobile (15-20 yrs)
Desired Profile:
- Increasing the vendor base in adherence to protocols and completing alliance formalities according to company standards.
- Meeting with existing vendors at regular intervals to review vendor performance on business parameters (Quality, Delivery Schedule, Rejection rate etc.,
- Managing negotiations skillfully with vendors for best pricing and quality.
- Managing & Executing vendor disbursement effectively within the desired time frame in collaboration with accounts department.
- Maintaining Vendor status charts of all the categories and also maintain healthy business relations.
- Collaborating with production department for Purchase and vendor development requirement
- Managing and ensuring vendor suppliers and services according to project timelines.
- Collaborating with vendors and help them in their development for providing better supplies and services to enhance cost & quality efficiency.
- Negotiating with Vendors for Best Costing
- Good Exposure in Vendor Development and Purchase
- Convincing Candidate with Good Communication for Vendor Negotiations
