Senior Manager - Vendor Management Team - Service Industry (12-17 yrs)
Work in close sync with the Chief Operating Officer for conceptualizing, creating and implementing all activities for the Vendor Management Team in the organization globally. Responsible to ensure optimum performance by vendors through effective and timely monitoring and coordination by the Vendor Management Team.
- Develop Procurement Plan timelines along with Department and Country leaders for respective RFP.
- Analyse all the operations related indirect spend across all the departments for spend consolidation and centralization
- Work with various stakeholders and respective teams to finalize RFP for such identified spend
- Lead entire bidding process like evaluation of bids, recommendation of vendor, conduct bid meetings etc for final award of long term agreements within budget and in compliance with regulatory requirement.
- Coordinate between vendors and internal stakeholders on RFP clarification before bid submission by vendors
- Meetings with vendors to negotiate the terms and final closure of contract as and when required.
Experience :
- At least 12+ Years of experience in procurement function in a global organizations.
- Must have experience in dealing with Domestic as well as International Vendors.
- Past experience of background verification industry will be an added advantage
Industry Preference - Service Industry .
