Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering,Electronics Engineering(mandate) or 8 years experience as a Manufacturing Engineer
- 8+ years manufacturing experience to include engineering, capital equipment, project management, automation, continuous improvement, cost reduction, quality, machining, welding, sheet metal fabrication, heavy fabrication, and assembly
- Strong communication and team building skills. English language proficiency required- mandate
What Will Put You Ahead(good to have)
- Master's Degree in a related engineering field
- Project Management Experience- mandate
- CNC Programming Experience - good to have
- Robotic Programming Experience- good to have
- Process Simulation Development Experience- mandate
- Experience leading initiatives within a Lean Manufacturing environment to develop and execute continuous improvement efforts- mandate
- Experience using 2D and 3D modeling software- good to have
- Experience using PowerBI- knowledge is enough
- Experience using CAM/CAD software- knowledge is enough
