Senior Mechanic - Mining Equipment (5-15 yrs)
EDUCATION - ITI / DIPLOMA
- Immediate respond & attend the brake down calls, Make Trouble shooting & solve .
- Understanding of all activities in Garage & Make plan for preventive maintenance & running brake downs & make predictive plane for all type of machinery & trucks.
- He should have hands on experience for major overhauling engine, transmission, gear box, & Axles.
- Able to (learn to) speak English, hindi and Swahili.
- Should do Trouble shoot hydraulic & electrical problems .
- Should handle the national mechanic team or division .
- Should make the parts planning & follow up .
- Lead the team like leader & training the national mechanics.
- Should educate national mechanics with knowledge.
- Must have good experience in machinery, like Excavator { 50 to 75 ton capacity must know working principal & System operation of engine, hydraulic, electrical side & etc}, Dozers{ like cat or komatsu}, Grader, wheel loader,& heavy dumpers etc..
- Must do paper work like job card create & close.
- Must work with time bond on circumstance.
- Must know how to make parts planning for Preventive maintenance, Brake down & Predictive plan.
