Senior Mechanical Engineer - Pipe System (20-25 yrs)
Preferably experience of a consulting background,
Experience 20-25 years
Knowledge of Design work, Mechanical Utility, Piping Exposures, Rain water drainage etc
Brief : JD
Mechanical candidate should be able to handle the following on his own:
1. Estimation of Industrial Fluids, like steam, water, compressed air, Thermic fluid, etc for the project
2. Estimation of Pipe sizing for the above services
3. Estimation of capacity of prime equipment's like Boilers, TFH, Air compressors, fuel storage, water storage, Pumps etc.
4. Fire protection design as applicable for the proposed project with respect to the NBC, NFPA, TAC etc
5. Master planning for the utility lines in conjunction with the storage, generation and application points
6. Internal utility layouts as per the project
7. Rain water drainage layout, provisions of the NBC, SW drainage layout
8. Waste water treatment (STP etc)
9. Environmental ( Rain water harvesting and reuse of treated water )
10. Should be familiar with Industrial, Commercial, residential and hospitality projects specifically
