Job Description Officer Dispatch & Outsourcing

Brief Role Summary

- Responsibility of day to day Outsourcing, Dispatch & Stock Related activities

- Responsible for Inventory count at Vendors/ Jobworkers

- Should handle activities of entire shift and Out-house processing Deliveries & Receipts

- Willing to work in alternative shifts

Responsibilities :

A. Dispatch Expertise :

1. Knowledge on Outsourcing activities, Outhouse inventory & Dispatch related activities

2. Knowledge on Loading Order, Delivery Challan, Invoicing, Taxation

3. Experience in Documentation, Record & Reports

4. Experience in Transportation & Logistic Services Good Co-ordination & Follow up skill with them.

5. Experience in Supply Chain Management

6. Knowledge on Customer Satisfaction & Better Communication

7. Good experience in handling the Vendor Inventory FIFO,Aged stock controlling

8. Good handling skill of critical situations

9. Good communication with all related departments, customers, vendors and service providers

10. Good working experience in SAP or ERP - Outsource Stores & Dispatch Module

11. Strong tracking and follow up skills

12. Experienced in Physical Inventory Count and its Summary

13. Plan according to lead time & Delivery schedules.

14. Able to calculate cost of Outsourcing and logistics and keep it within the budget.

15. Performance analysis of Service providers, Job workers & Transporters

B. Management expertise :

1. Should be a good team player

2. Good knowledge in handling Just in Time customer orders with short lead time

3. Knowledge of Japanese concepts like Kaizan, TPS, 5S, JIT etc..

4. Working experience of good Operational Safety System

5. Experience in MS Office and its tools..

6. Must have Good negotiation skills for Cost as well as Time.

Salary: INR 4,00,000 - 7,00,000 P.A.
