Job Description :

Position : Sr.Officer/Sr.Engineer-Store

Exp : 2-8 years

Education : Any graduation

Location : Mysore

Industry : Automotive

Note : Experience in SAP is must.

- Responsible for in-warding the materials after having ensured correct supporting documents, arranging Dispatch, receive accepted materials and verify the description and quantity.

- Ensure proper unloading of materials in stillages, Pallets or locations

- Ensure copy of Receiver / Inter Location Transfer is prepared and forwarded to Inward Quality Function.

- Responsible for sending documents related to customer rejections to Marketing / Excise Cell for making documentation.

- Organise Delivery / Collection of materials pertaining to Sub-Contract

- Organise to collect materials from Transporters.

- Verify the materials available in rejection area with rejection tag & system stock

- Ensure movement of required materials for Re-work / Segregation area

- Ensure shop rejection accompanies scrap note.

- File intimation with Excise Cell before dispatching rejected materials to the vendors where MODVAT is involved

- Responsible for arranging Dispatch of rejected materials to vendors as advised by Logistics / Purchase through ERP

- Responsible to receive accepted materials and verify the description and quantity.

- Responsible for executing Inventory check as per instruction of Stores In charge.

- Declare Non/ Slow Moving /Obsolete / Surplus items to all concerned at the time of Physical Inventory.

- FIFO is maintained where shelf life is prescribed by the manufacturer.

- Maintain Store stock of all items in the system.

- Ensure all the Bins / Pallets / Racks having materials are labelled / tagged with part number and description of the material.

- Responsible for issue of materials based on the Material Issue Note (MIN F/LOG/11) and receive through Material Issue Return Note (MIRN F/LOG/12) given by PPC

- Responsible for kitting of components to Drive Head, NX assembly, Housing Line.

- Responsible for the safekeeping of computer hardware and software and company documents/drawings etc.
