Senior Operation Manager - Sortation Center (8-15 yrs)
Lead and manage Mother Hub (Sortation Center) operations at a regional/state level. You'll oversee middle-mile operations, ensure smooth functioning, and manage a large workforce along with a team of Assistant Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Sortation Center operations & drive efficiency.
- Plan, design & operationalize new hubs.
- Monitor performance & implement improvements.
- Manage 1000+ team members (on-roll/off-roll, 24/7 ops).
- Handle IR issues & ensure compliance.
- Mentor, coach, and motivate teams to achieve business goals.
Qualifications:
- Graduate/MBA (Tier I/II preferred).
- 8+ years in Supply Chain/Warehousing/Logistics Operations.
- Experience managing large teams in sortation/warehouse setups.
- Strong people management & problem-solving skills.
