Job Details: Primary Skill :

- Breakdown Maintenance of 132 KV, 22 KV & LT substations & systems

- Preventive & Predictive Maintenance of Electrical systems. Good knowledge of different predictive maintenance tools.

- Hands on experience of EHV, HT & LT projects

- Should handle system improvement projects for EHV & other system with budget planning and execution

- Should have good understanding of energy conservation concept and have experienced of exploring new ways of energy conservation

- Should be conversant about new technologies available in market in the field of switch gears, communication, BMS etc.

- Excellent trouble shooting knowledge regarding electrical systems like EHV, Medium & low voltage switchgear, UPS, lighting system,

- Good understanding of Utilities system

- Capability of handling shift operations and Maintenance, daily monitoring and logging the report on electrical system, performance, O&M, UPS, SCADA functionality to check all EHV equipment.

- Capable of conducting RCA and quick breakdown solution

- Capable of reviewing the design submitted by consultant and should able to design the electrical system for any requirement at factory

- Knowledge of O&M plan and Safety activities at substation & overall electrical maintenance activities including LOTO

- Capability of analyzing the power consumption report and initiating actions for controlling/achieving the target

- Independently drive the electrical system improvement & energy conservation projects.

- Should manage contractors and get the work done through them to meet department/organization target

- Should be able to lead & guide the team of facilities O&M contractor for electrical competency

- Excellent spare parts planning

- Should be able to read SLD and work on SLD modification based on the changes

- Conversant about Electrical Act, its Rule and implementation while developing/designing new or existing electrical system

- Interpersonal skill for handling various Government authorities like various MSEDCL offices,

- CE and EI office etc. for any approvals in EHV or any changes in system

Secondary Skill :

- SAP PM module.

- ISO 9001, ISO 14000 & OHSAS.

- TPM implementation.

- Six Sigma

- Conversant with MS office
