Educational Qualification : Graduate + MBA from Premier Institute ( 2009/10/11/12/13) .

Job Description :

- This profile would be into Procurement of Spices, along with Production planning and Sales of Spices in Domestic market.Preparation of annual budgets for the business covering business plan, procurement plan, plant through put and efficiency, manpower plan and overheads .

- Establish efficiency parameters for procurement, processing and develop monitoring mechanism for the same

- Understand customer specifications and develop production capabilities to deliver the same

- Mentor subordinates and develop career path for key resources

- Develop annual KRA for the team and carry out half yearly and annual review of the same .

- Conduct weekly meetings with managers responsible to review the goals, set corrective actions, discussion of innovative ideas to streamline the work and communicate any changes or news

- Build the RM procurement model to buy the sustainable spices from the farmers at cost effective manner

- Look at opportunities to reduce the operational costs / handling costs . Expand the business volumes

- Benchmark the prices with the market prices to ensure price competitiveness.

- Helps the Business Head in managing operations especially in the areas of RM Purchase, Supply chain, Storage, Shipment.
