Senior Phe Design Engineer (6-10 yrs)
To be expertise in AutoCAD & MS Office
- Knowledge of residential, and commercial type projects
- Taking requirements from the Client/Architect by recommending suitable schemes.
- Code and standards like NBC 2016 other plumbing codes.
- Water load calculations, water balance sheet, and water schematic layout.
- Hot water system design with the schematic layout.
- Calculation of STP, WTP, and Pump capacities.
- Preparation of PHE & Firefighting DBRs for projects. Client brief, Feasibility study,
- Preparation of Preliminary drawing of services locations like STP, UG sump & basement collection sump
- Preparation of all kind of drawings (Floor plans Toilet details, Water and drainage schematic, UG sump pump room detail, STP detail Etc.)
- Coordination with the other services/architects.
- Attending meetings/site visits for a better quality of work.
- Preparation Bill of quantities with estimation and selection of approved make list.
- Checking for the vendor shop drawings with site visits and providing approvals for the same.
- Sites visit and co-ordinated with the architects/contractor for the site execution.
- Preparation of Coordination drawings with other services like Electrical and HVAC.
- Inspection for the respective project for checking the quality of work.
