Senior Plant Manager (10-15 yrs)
- Manage complete manufacturing from raw material to finished goods
- Drive all aspects of production including printing, quality, maintenance, tooling, cylinder making etc
- Responsible for tools, dies, press shop, automatic production line
- Ensure smooth operations, get best productivity at the desired quality
- Manage people, materials, timelines, quality and other resources
- Manage all shifts, their supervisors; 250 people - 3 shifts
- Technically strong in engineering processes
- Leader with great communication & management skills at plant
- BE, 10-15 years experience, 32-37 years of age
