Senior Process Engineer - Chemical Plant Operations (8-19 yrs)

Education : Graduate in Metallurgy/Chemical Engineering/Chemistry
Experience : 7+ Years
Location : Central Africa
Requirements :
- Experience in projects, operation of chemical process plant, Knowledge and experience in Leaching, Solvent Extraction, Electro winning process desirable
- Candidates must have experience of Implementing cost saving techniques/measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O&M expenditures and work within the budget for getting best Quality of Final Products.
- Candidate must have experience in the Preparation of process design criteria.
- Involve in Basic & detail engineering of copper Mineral ore processing plant
- Develop process flow diagram & P & ID
- Develop a Process Block diagram with mass balance & water balance
- Prepare SOP for the operation of plant
- Prepare / review of equipment data sheet
- Review pipeline sizing, selection of valves as per application
