Senior Process Engineer - Textile Component Manufacturing (4-7 yrs)
Job Description :
- Working as centre of manufacturing process excellence for TeraSpin BU
- Developing and improving manufacturing processes for the existing and new TeraSpin components including spindles, top rollers & weighting arms
- Conducting process capability (Cp / CpK) studies
- Documenting and controlling manufacturing processes as per ISO9001:2015
- Trouble-shooting productivity and quality issues related to manufacturing processes and equipments
- Providing technical support for analysis and resolution of field complaints
Knowledge/Skills :
- Good presentation, documentation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, Six sigma, time study is preferred.
- Need to be customer oriented, diplomatic, flexible, enthusiastic and adaptable.
- Need to demonstrate a calm and composed approach.
