Job Summary

- The Senior Procurement Manager in the Civil Domain is responsible for overseeing all procurement activities related to infrastructure projects. 

- This role involves strategic sourcing, supplier management, cost optimization, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials, equipment, and services necessary for successful project execution. 

- The Senior Procurement Manager will collaborate with project teams, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure procurement aligns with project goals and specifications.

Required Experience :

- Civil material handling and labour handling.

- Proven experience as a Procurement Manager within the infrastructure sector.

- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, materials, and labour resources processes.

- Excellent negotiation skills and experience in contract management.

- The Hindi language must

- Leadership abilities with the capacity to manage cross-functional teams.

- An analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills.

- Understanding of relevant regulatory requirements and standards within the civil domain.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
