Senior Production Engineer (4-10 yrs)
Education Qualifications - B.E./Diploma Mechanical Engineering
- To ensure Timely Production.
- To Prepare Bill of Material as per job request.
- To ensure stage wise inspection as per QAP is being done in routine and product does not proceed for next stage till inspection for particular stage gets completed.
- To report to top management regarding requirement of instruments for inspection/testing.
- To ensure timely calibration of all instruments in factory.
- To determine sampling quantity for inspection.
- To maintain adequate inspection and test status in terms of under inspection/accepted/rejected.
- To ensure preparation of required gauges, tools, etc. for inspection.
- To ensure preparation of inspection records at all stages of inspection and testing.
- To coordinate with third party inspection agencies.
- To suggest for up gradation of existing QC infrastructure as per national and international standards.
