Senior Production Manager (10-20 yrs)
The Position : Manager/Sr. Manager
Location: Mysore, Karnataka
Responsibility:
- Responsible and accountable for production of Wind Gear components project independently
- Complete scheduling and meeting delivery commitments to the customer
- Process owner for the quality of components to meet QAP and drawings specifications
- To manage customer interface
- To manage sub-contracting operations whenever needed, based on approved decision
- To work along and to take work from production, QA and subcontract staff in a well-defined matrix working structure
- To possess sufficient knowledge of quality and manufacturing standards
- To possess machining process and tooling knowledge of precision components
- Knowledge on Quality Management Systems - ISO/TS 9001
Educational Qualifications & Experience :
- B.E (Mech/Industrial Production) minimum of 12 to 15 years preferably in automotive industry or mass production of volume based engineering components.
Other Qualities and Skills sets :
- Management skills : Strong planning, Problem Solving, Risk assessment and effective time Management skills
- Leadership skills : Decisiveness & Assertiveness
- Production Knowledge
- Good Communication Skills - oral & written
- Understanding of Human resources, ability to be a team player with good interpersonal skills
