Senior Production Manager (15-20 yrs)
Hi-Tech Radiators PVt. Ltd., is a leading manufacturer and exporter of radiators and tanks for the power transformer industry. Our radiator plant is located in Khopoli and the tank facilities are in Rabale, Navi Mumbai. More about us at www.hitechradiators.com .
Responsibilities of the job include and are not limited to :
- Planning and organising production schedules project and resource requirements, negotiating and
- Thin sheet metal fabrication, knowledge of press tools, sheet metal forming, welding.
- Application of welding standards as per section ASME IX / ISO 3834-2.
- Concept of value addition and first time right production techniques to be applied consistently.
- Knowledge and practice of good shop floor practices such as 5S, line balancing is a must.
- Knowledge and experience in robotics welding will be an added advantage.
