Our client a leading ecommerce company in field of baby products & annual turnover of 150 crores & employee strength of 150 persons looking for staff for their production facility located at Moriya area of Ahmedabad.

Position: Senior Production Manager

Experience: 10+ yrs of experience in production, injection molding, team handling role, planning & executing, etc)

Edu: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred experience in a production management role, preferably with ISBM machinery.

Salary: 8LPA-9LPA

Location: Moraiya, Ahmedabad

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for mold trials and handling manpower in the assembly line.

- Optimization in the Molding process in terms of material as well as cycle time saving

- Utilization of Manpower to achieve production target

- Have to work with the supplier end and organize production requirements as per forecast planning.

- Responsible for production as per quality criteria at supplier end and measure and control process at supplier end.

Qualification:

- Having excellent exposure in the Injection Molding department

- Having knowledge in the Assembly line

- Acquire in mold trials and have experience in molds like hot runner and cold runner.

- It will be travelling job, travel from 1 supplier to another

Working Conditions: The position may require occasional overtime and is performed in a manufacturing environment, which includes exposure to machinery.
