Position : Senior Manager Production
Experience : 15 to 20 years
- Should increase operational ease and leading to cost effective and timely production.
- Partnership Building, Business Acumen
- Building High Performance Team
- Should ensure product quality of international standard.
- Maintain Safety, Health and Environment.
- Responsible for discharge parameter of all the equipments in the plant within the statutory limit.
- Maintain discipline and safer work environment.
- Should decrease batch cycle time and increase cost benefit ratio of product.
- Think and Act Strategically, Innovation .
- Production Management End to End.
- Responsibility of Technical, Quality and Cost effective Manufacturing of the Products.
- Role also involves Plant and Process Safety, Health and Environmental activities related to the plant and person,
- Responsible for Plant related IR and Cost effective plant operations.
- Closely Monitoring - Regarding the availability of Raw material / Packing material required for manufacturing .
- Regular Interaction with SCPC, Purchase, Sales and HO Manufacturing team.
- TAT - To make available production in right quantity / quality at required time.
- Planing & Process Implementation - To meet Cos performance expectations.
Required Candidate profile : Candidate must have a experience of handling Employee Unions either in current / previous role
