Years Of Experience : B Tech. with 6 years/diploma with 12 years of experience.

Skills:

- Lead the planning and execution of real estate development projects from concept to completion.

- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the project team.

- Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and timelines.

- Provide technical leadership in all engineering aspects of the projects.

- Supervise and coordinate the work of engineering teams and subcontractors.

- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and quality.

- Foster effective communication and collaboration between internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders.

- Act as a point of contact for engineering-related queries and issues.

- Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.

- Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring cost-effective project delivery.

- Collaborate with the finance team to track project financials, manage change orders, and control costs.

- Identify potential risks and challenges in engineering aspects of the projects.

- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.

- Proactively address engineering-related issues to prevent delays or cost overruns.

- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes and standards.

Qualifications/Skills :

- Proven experience as a Project Engineer in real estate development projects.

- Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly desirable.

- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction practices, and building codes.

- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
