1. Qualifications :
Mandatory : Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
Preferred : Master's in Construction Management or an MBA.
Certifications : Professional certifications like PMP or PRINCE2 are often mandatory.
Knowledge of IGBC (Indian Green Building Council) or LEED standards is highly valued for Gurgaon's sustainable project focus.
2. Experience Required
Overall Experience : 10 to 15 years in the construction industry, with a focus on high-rise or large-scale EPC projects.
Regional Experience : Deep familiarity with Gurgaon-specific building codes, Haryana RERA compliance, and HSVP (HUDA) regulations.
Technical Expertise : Expertise in Primavera P6 or MS Project for advanced scheduling.
- Proficiency in BIM (Building Information Modeling) and ERP-based project tracking.
- Experience managing projects in Seismic Zone IV (Gurgaon's regional risk level).
3. Key Responsibilities :
Complex Project Delivery : Lead end-to-end execution of large mixed-use or high-rise residential projects from initial site mobilization to final handover.
Commercial & Cost Control : Manage multi-crore budgets, conduct predictive cost forecasting, and oversee contract administration to prevent cost overruns.
Stakeholder Management : Coordinate with global architectural firms, local government authorities, and diverse vendor networks.
Technology Integration : Implement smart construction tools, including AI-driven monitoring, real-time digital dashboards, and drone-based site inspections.
Site Safety & Quality : Maintain strict compliance with safety norms and international quality benchmarks (e.g., Italian marble in-situ polishing or high-grade RCC).
4. Essential Skills :
Strategic Orchestration: Ability to manage hybrid project methodologies (Agile + Waterfall) for flexible project delivery.
Risk Management: Proactive identification of supply chain disruptions and labor scarcity risks.
