Senior Project Manager - Design & Build (10-15 yrs)
Job Description :
This is a Senior Project Manager (Client facing role) with expertise in D&B (Design & Build)
Description :
- Extensive experience in Driving pitches for Design & Build assignments for Corporate Interiors in Bengaluru with knowledge of Procurement & Contracts.
- Individuals should be process oriented and should having understanding of local rules & tax benefits for different type of projects or sourcing.
Education : Architect, Civil/Electrical/Mech background
Experience : 10-15 years of overall experience with at least 5+ years of experience in D&B (Design & Build)
Prior Experience :
- IPC background or leading Design firms that does D&B projects like MMoser, DWP, Symmetrics, DSP, Space Matrix or Grade A Contracting firms doing D&B work like ANJ, Padam Interiors, Artizen, Ambience, Exotic, Ocean Interiors
Additional Information :
Required Qualification :
- Graduation - Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.)
