Senior Project Manager - Electric (15-20 yrs)
Overview :
- Seeking an experienced Sr. Electrical Project Manager with a BE/DEE and 15 -20 years of relevant experience to oversee electrical projects from start to finish. The role requires leadership, technical expertise, and strong communication skills to ensure project success within budget and schedule constraints.
Responsibilities :
- Develop project plans, manage budgets, and allocate resources.
- Provide technical guidance and ensure compliance with standards.
- Monitor project progress, address issues, and communicate updates.
- Manage subcontractors, negotiate contracts, and control costs.
- Implement quality assurance measures and mitigate project risks.
- Maintain client relations and provide regular updates.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 15-20 years of experience in electrical project management.
- Strong technical knowledge and familiarity with industry standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software.
