Senior Project Manager - Sewerage Construction (10-20 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of STP and sewerage construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial constraints.
- Oversee project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies, to ensure project goals and requirements are met.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, specifically in STP and sewerage construction.
- A proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards.
