Job Profile - :
- Daily co-ordination with a total of 15 EPAs
- Getting daily details of Production, Dispatch & Raw Material stocks from EPAs.
- Make consolidated report for MIS.
- Regular co-ordination for branded Packing materials requirements of EPAs
- Making Purchase Requisitions, Goods Receipts, Purchase Order, Service Entry Sheet & Good issue in SAP ERP system
- Follow up with Purchase dept. for release of PO for the same
- Follow up with vendor for supply of the same
- Making Monthly MIS report of branded Packing material consumption& Monthly Production Report
- Making Sub-Contracting PO for Conversion in SAP ERP
- Verifying fortnightly conversion bills of EPAs for rate & quantities based on SAP reports
- Responsible for creation and proper uploading of Purchase Orders in SAP with the given quantities, Unit Prices, SAP Material codes, Terms & Conditions etc.
- Mapping of Custom Conditions in case of Network Purchase Order
- Candidates should have experience in Sr. Purchase Executive /Assistant Purchase Manager for industrial manufacturing will be preferred.
