Senior Quality Engineer - QMS - Automobile (5-8 yrs)
Experience - 5 to 8 Yrs, Budget Upto 7.5LPA, Must have experience of Stamping and welding process industry. Must have experience of handling MSIL customer and their audits (VSA / MACE)
Position: Senior Engineer/Assistant Manager - QMS
Skill Set:-
Mandatory:- Experience in VSA/MACE Audits, MSIL / Suzuki Customer Handling Experience, Receiving inspection/IQC, OBA/PDI, Sound knowledge of TS16949/TL9000, Internal QMS Auditor, Sound understanding of test plan/ control plan, knowledge of national and international test standards ( IS, ASTM, FTM, BS, ISO,IEC etc.) sound experience of uses of 7QC & MSA tools.
Desirable:- QMS Lead Auditor, knowledge on FMEA, Handling of electronics products, Lean implementation.
Experience:- 5 to 8 years

Job Description:-
1. The Quality Engineer will be responsible to meet the end Product Delivery to the customer and representing the Quality Standards at hub location.
2. Participate in internal/external audit program of Quality Management system
3. Ensuring outgoing final product quality through OBA/PDI and Process audit.
4. Ensuring incoming material quality through IQC/SQA process.
5. Establish test plan and work instruction for IQC and OBA.
6. Maintain master samples and limit samples.
7. Will ensure to implement the global lean practices.
8. Carrying out process improvements by periodic audits.
9. Establishment of work instruction and quality procedures.
10. Responsible for document control.
11. Monitoring and analyzing IQC/OBA performance data against defined parameters and define the action plan for continual improvement
12. Maintain MIS's as per business need.
