Education-
UG: BE / B Tech in Chemical Engineering or Surfactant Science; or MSc in Surfactant and Oil Chemistry with relevant Industrial experience; Hands on experience in mild surfactant chemistry
PG: Required in Chemical Science /
Doctorate: Preferred in the relevant field
Job Description :
1. New product development with evidence of product efficacy; work on improving the quality of existing product portfolio as per need basis
2. Through analytical experiments establish validation and stabilization protocols for various product formats and other preparations in company portfolio
3. Establish process flow for implementation of the above
4. Manage a team of 10 members
5. Generate IPR for the new products developed
