Senior Resident - Plumbing (10-15 yrs)
Job Description :
Key Deliverable :
- Expectation Ability to handle construction job requirements with ease, getting the job done technically correct.
- Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion Review the project in- depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
- Meet contractual conditions of performance
- Review the work progress on daily basis Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
- Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and license& Analyze, manage and mitigate risks Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
- Construction to be completed in planned manner Showing the progress to the PM/ Management Support the improvement of teammates Need to participate inproject as team member.
- Keep tracking of material planning to plan execution on time Keep close coordination with Civil construction and all the stake holder of the project Etc. Work Experience
Requirements : Must be a Graduate
(B.E. or B.Tech.)/Diploma in Mechanical Discipline with at least 10 years of experience and Minimum 6 years& experience in similar nature (METRO work).
