Senior Role - Civil & New Infrastructure Projects (15-27 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support procurement category sourcing of Civil and New Infrastructure. Managed budget spend of Rs 1500 crores or more.
- Sourcing of civil categories such as steel, cement, structures, furniture, modular workstations & all building services including HVAC, Electrical, Firefighting, IBMS, PA System etc & Service / AMC negotiation with contractors
- Identification of subcontractor with requisite experience and manpower resource, Evaluation, finalization of order & placing of the order with clearly outlined scope of work & commercial terms and conditions. Monitoring service levels and providing feedback as appropriate for successful supplier management.
- Exposure to STP, SEZ and customs requirements/compliances. Commercial knowledge on Taxations and statutory compliance.
- Knowledge of SAP MM & SCM, MIS preparation, Budgetary Controls & reporting
- Understanding the purchasing process and strategies for all civil and infra categories including raw materials, Building services and AMCs

Preferred experience and expertise in handling civil/construction/Engineering projects sourcing
