Senior Scientist - Analytical & Application - Food Industry (4-6 yrs)
Senior Scientist I - Palm Oil, Food & Beverage
Roles and Responsibility :
- Supporting application research in oils and fats
- Responsible for executing lab trials, data analysis and developing application insights to offer strong technical support to internal stakeholder
- Co-ordination with other scientists/Project Leader to carry out product development activities
- Co-ordination with Scientists/Project Leader
Qualifications and Experience :
- Minimum PhD degree in Food Technology/Oil technology/Chemical engineering/Life sciences/ Biotechnology or similar with minimum 4-6 Years? experience of enzyme applications preferably in Food processing/ Vegetable oil & fats processing related applications.
- Expertise in use of analytical techniques such as NIR, HPLC, FT-IR, GC, MS is highly desirable
