Senior Service Engineer (4-10 yrs)
Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Chiller Service Engineer with hands-on experience in installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems, especially chillers. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise and field service experience.
Key Responsibilities
Installation and commissioning of air-cooled and water-cooled chillers
Perform system testing, startup, and handover to clients
Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in chillers and related HVAC equipment
Handle breakdown calls and provide timely resolution
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance
Ensure optimal performance and efficiency of installed systems
Work closely with customers, contractors, and internal teams
Maintain service reports, documentation, and compliance records
Follow safety standards and company protocols during site work
Key Skills & Requirements
Strong knowledge of chiller systems, HVAC components, and controls
Experience in installation, commissioning, and servicing
Understanding of electrical systems, VFDs, and control panels
Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Customer handling and communication skills
Willingness to travel for site work
