Senior Service Engineer (5-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and commissioning of VFDs (ABB / Siemens / Schneider / Delta / etc.) at customer sites
- On-site and remote technical support, including diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of VFD systems
- Coordinate with internal teams and OEMs for technical escalation
- Provide training and demonstration to customer teams on drive operations and safety
- Maintain service documentation, reports, and feedback logs
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols during field work
- Identify root causes for repeated failures and suggest improvements
- Support sales/technical teams in product testing and customer queries
Key Skills & Competencies:
- In-depth knowledge of VFD working principles and applications
- Strong understanding of motor control systems, PLC interfaces, and industrial panels
- Hands-on experience in installation and commissioning of VFDs
- Knowledge of different VFD brands (ABB, Siemens, Danfoss, Delta, Schneider, etc.)
- Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics
- Familiarity with troubleshooting tools (multimeter, clamp meter, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to travel extensively as required
