Senior Service Engineer (5-14 yrs)
Job Description :
1. He will be responsible for Installation Supervision, troubleshooting and maintenance recommendations to customer for combustion equipment supplied by company.
2. Responsible for start-up and commissioning of company supplied combustion equipment's installed at client sites.
3. Installation of burners and auxiliaries for boilers, Heat Recovery Steam Generators, Process heaters, reformer, ethylene cracker units
4. Turnaround and survey visit.
5. Attend customer queries and provide solutions.
6. Training customer personnel.
7. Recommending spares to customer
8. Coordination with Project team and other related internal teams.
9. Maintain long-term healthy relationship with clients by getting/providing timely feedbacks.
10. Generating opportunities for Spare parts and services to improve business of the department and company.
- Candidate should be from Combustion background, Flares, Oxidizers, Process Heaters.
- Candidate should be experience in Installation, Troubleshooting, Commissioning.
- Help customers by offering spares, services and other products of company which will benefit the customer by enhancing its equipment operation and further enhance the value of contribution to the operation of the Company/Group
