Job Description:
1.Operating of CNC turning/Milling machine
2. Tool/work offset setting
3.Offset corrections
4.CNC machine and setting.
5.Part setting and programming 2D & 3D .
6.Verified machines setting and programme control data for accuracy.
7.Set controls and regulated speed, feed, coolant flow and angle of cut.
8.Daily work management like action plan monitoring rework and rejection.
9.CNC Programmer Responsibilities:
10.Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design models.
11.Loading raw materials into the CNC machine.
12.Inputting the product design into the computer
13.Choosing and loading the correct cutting tools for the job.
14.Adjusting machine settings to the desired product specifications.
15.Troubleshooting issues during the manufacturing process.
