Job Purpose & Role:
- Handling of end to end activity of Artillery Gun Section store
- Key Activities & Expectations Material Receipt
- Storage Of Material
- Retrieval of Material as per Production Plan
- Dispatch of Material as per Customer requirement
- After Sales Dispatches
- Perpetual Inventory & reconciliation, analysis of Variance
- 5S Sustenance in Store
- Material Accountability and traceability
- RTV Dispatches in time
- Shortage Tracking
- Key Deliverables & Technical skills required In warding and Daily GRN Dump: To check receipt against Shortage with daily receipt
- Getting Production Plan and Material Issue as per BOM: As per daily/monthly/quarterly production plan, planning to issue material to production
- Receiving Activity: to Check Project details before unloading
- Material Put Away: Keeping the material at system location
- Advance Kitting of material:-Advance kitting for next vehicle has been done
- Shortage Declaration: As per stock consumption or rejection
- Follow Up with SCM: To get ETA and share with production
