Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Supervisor to oversee residential construction projects, manage site execution, and ensure smooth coordination between manpower, contractors, and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities
- Manage labour, contractors, and material flow
- Monitor RCC work, finishing activities, quality, and safety
- Prepare daily progress reports
- Coordinate effectively with engineers and management
- Ensure timely execution of project milestones
Desired Candidate Profile
- 8- 12 years of experience in residential construction supervision
- Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing work & construction standards
- Good leadership & communication skills
- Ability to manage teams and resolve on-site issues
Education
- Diploma / BE in Civil Engineering (Preferred)
