Position : Senior Supervisor Quality

Experience : 5 to 8 years

Location : Bangalore

Your Key Responsibilities Would Include : 

- Responsible for quality and processes

- Counterpart of release manager related to process and quality issues

- Continuously monitors cross-functional platform quality to secure customer satisfaction

Key Tasks & Responsibilities :

- Program has optimum Sw product processes/methods in place and adequately supported and deployed

- Program metrics and target setting on program and platform level

- Quality assurance/reporting on program level

- Drive improvements for the product line organizing Initiate, execute and monitor quality improvements on program level and follow up of improvement actions.

- Reactive and proactive improvements and corrective actions under control (source: ext. & int., e.g. lessons learnt)

- Review Quality Criteria achievement according to executive target

Qualification Requirements :

- Study of Electrics & Electronics

- Minimum 5 years operational work in HW/SW development positions

- Understands major development processes and phases

- Quality & audit experience

- Basic knowledge of ISO/TL 9k standards

- Business-fluent English is pre-requisite

- Intercultural background
