Senior Technical & Laboratory Manager - Dairy (10-17 yrs)
We are currently looking for diary technology professionals for one of top clients within Flavors, Fragrance, Ingredient industry.
\Work Location: Mumbai
Requirement:
- Degree in Dairy Technology (BSc, MSc)
- 12-15 years of relevant experience in Dairy or flavor industry.
- Should have application knowledge of Dairy Segment
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
Roles and Responsibility:
- Ensure proper client briefs execution by providing the right targeted technical support.
- Use scientific knowledge to develop and optimize applications for all the three segments.
- Lead projects from brief to submission and customer presentation
- Nurture productive customer relationships
- Ensure we have right portfolio of flavor solutions for the segments and that we promote it accordingly.
- Prepare applications and ensure high quality standards are met in our submission
- Plan, organize, coach and carry out all activities in the application lab related to project
- Participate in food and flavor product evaluations
- Work jointly in projects/promotions with regional team.
